On-street metered parking is $1.50/hour. The 5th Street Ramp (also known as Garage B) provides the easiest access to Butler Square. You enter this ramp from 5th Street (westbound one-way) or from eastbound 394. We are right next to the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis.
